When you book, a deposit of £200 per week rental within 5 days will secure you're booking. The final payment should be paid at least one month before your arrival. Payment can be made by Bank transfer. Cancellation policy: A full refund will be available only if we manage to re-let the accommodation.
A well behaved dog is welcome. No smoking in the property. Accommodation will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and guests to vacate by 10am on day of departure. Change over day is usually on Fridays but flexible in low season. Please contact us if you have any special requests.
